I kind of wish I lived in North Carolina so if I had a tree problem I could call Andrew. Right now he's in Florida helping people that got hit by hurricane Ian. He came to my house and did a fantastic job. Part of the job involved work with our homeowners insurance, but he did such a good job with that we had him take out some more of the damaged trees on our own. He charges a fare price and Andrew and his crew are fantastic at what they do. The trees came down and the debris was cleaned up. You could almost forget for a minute that you had a major hurricane. I even called him back a few days later because we decided to take down some more trees, again the job was done with efficiency. Andrew and his crew are super polite and neat in what they do. I am super glad my insurance company sent him out to get the tree off of my roof. You couldn't ask for a better tree removal service. I highly recommend Andrew and his crew for all your tree needs. Called to get an estimate and Andrew was there in about an hour. He provided a detailed estimate for what I wanted. Price was very reasonable and work was scheduled for 2 days later. We had a tornado rip through our area this week and it’s been devastating! To say the least. We noticed AB Tree Service at my neighbors cutting a tree for them,my husband went over and spoke with them and the next thing I know they came to our house as tired as they were cut down 8 trees and put the brush, limbs and trees to the curb for pick up. We just had AB Tree Service come out today for the first time. We had a dead tree that needed to come down, another tree removed that had fallen, some tree trimming, and unsightly brush that needing removal. They did a really efficient job, and left the area nice and cleaned up. We're very pleased with the job done, we highly recommend them. A crew of seven showed up and knocked out the job in 90 minutes. I have a meticulous yard and gardens and was concerned about the falling debris, and they handled it very professionally. ) working with Andrew and his team was a positive experience from beginning to end ) we 1st watched AB Tree Service from a distance as they tackled a 3 day job for our neighbor, we were immediately impressed by the entire teams work ethic, their efficiency, safety, total teamwork ) fast-forward a year, Andrew answered our initial phone call to AB Tree Service in 2 rings, thus began our rather effortless process, 2 days later we met with Andrew and his brother, walked the lot, engaged in no rush no pressure discussions, they listened, we discussed challenges, he provided recommendations, he provided detailed steps of the process, specified a timeframe to begin and complete, provided reasonable pricing, signed a contract, he returned with a coworker the following day to discuss logistics, strategy and plan for execution, began a week later, removed a rather large number of large trees from our residential lot in the timeframe specified Andrew arrived onsite early to prep his team to begin work at 8am, Andrew remained onsite and worked alongside his team for long work days, he remained available for communication in person, text, or call but remained focused on the task at hand. I saw this guy Mr. T left Andrew a bad review, and I just had to write something. We have used Andrew for years now. at first he did landscaping for us, then he cut down a few trees, the last project we did with he extended our driveway. Andrew is super sweet, and he was a pleasure to work with went above, and beyond. When we got our driveway done last week he was in Florida. I saw a referral on Nextdoor for AB Tree Service and requested a quote for dead tree removal and pruning. Andrew was out quickly, and gave a reasonable, fair quote to remove some quite large dead trees from our yard (2 large/1 medium/plus pruning from tall trees). Fortunately we were able to schedule within a day or two! Andrew and his crew were punctual with great communication. They were cautious not to tear up the lawn with all of the heavy removal. We were very confident in their skill level and they were done within 1.5 days for our big project. And they left it cleaner than they found it. They removed 9 trees for my neighbors and I this week. Their communication was good and they were reasonably priced. The trees were removed safely, stumps handled, and cleaning up debris were all great. We had a miscommunication on how to get to one of the tree stumps to grind which would have involved taking down part of my fence, but Andrew found a solution by reaching out to a friend who had a smaller piece of equipment and it was all handled that same day.
