I kind of wish I lived in North Carolina so if I had a tree problem I could call Andrew. Right now he's in Florida helping people that got hit by hurricane Ian. He came to my house and did a fantastic job. Part of the job involved work with our homeowners insurance, but he did such a good job with that we had him take out some more of the damaged trees on our own. He charges a fare price and Andrew and his crew are fantastic at what they do. The trees came down and the debris was cleaned up. You could almost forget for a minute that you had a major hurricane. I even called him back a few days later because we decided to take down some more trees, again the job was done with efficiency. Andrew and his crew are super polite and neat in what they do. I saw a referral on Nextdoor for AB Tree Service and requested a quote for dead tree removal and pruning. Andrew was out quickly, and gave a reasonable, fair quote to remove some quite large dead trees from our yard (2 large/1 medium/plus pruning from tall trees). Fortunately we were able to schedule within a day or two! Andrew and his crew were punctual with great communication. They were cautious not to tear up the lawn with all of the heavy removal. AB Tree did a phenomenal job taking out a huge red oak tree that was in between our deck and firepit. Not any room for error as the limbs hung over the roof and deck. For a job that no other tree company would quote without a crane, these guys didn’t hesitate to do it the old school way. H I had a very large oak tree which needed some serious trimming. It reached all across my roof and was starting to touch it. In the end they took off 7 major branches. It looks so different, but balanced. I belief their work will enhance the health of the tree (though i will miss the shade in the summer). They were careful of my plants. Clean up afterwards was great. I had talked to Andrew before the pruning. He listened carefully to my concerns, and I believe he did a good job incorporating them in his pruning. I have limited experience in tree trimming, but I believe that he was very careful for the safety of his team. They were all in protective gear and safely roped in. They removed 9 trees for my neighbors and I this week. Their communication was good and they were reasonably priced. The trees were removed safely, stumps handled, and cleaning up debris were all great. We had a miscommunication on how to get to one of the tree stumps to grind which would have involved taking down part of my fence, but Andrew found a solution by reaching out to a friend who had a smaller piece of equipment and it was all handled that same day. I kind of wish I lived in North Carolina so if I had a tree problem I could call Andrew. Right now he's in Florida helping people that got hit by hurricane Ian. He came to my house and did a fantastic job. Part of the job involved work with our homeowners insurance, but he did such a good job with that we had him take out some more of the damaged trees on our own. He charges a fare price and Andrew and his crew are fantastic at what they do. The trees came down and the debris was cleaned up. You could almost forget for a minute that you had a major hurricane. They did great work to my neighbors tree. I had to check it out for myself. They cut down a 50 foot tree. They removed all of the branches once they were done. They finished up the work in less than a day. The boss even does some of the work himself. He is on site to inspect and to make sure everything goes smoothly.
